Get Alan Page’s Autograph and Support Minnesota’s Youth!

To request an autographed item, send your memorabilia along with the appropriate donation amount:

  • $30 – Football card

  • $40 – 8×10 photograph

  • $50 – Poster or bobblehead

  • $60 – Jersey or large equipment (e.g., full-size football or helmet)

Requests That Will Not Be Accepted:

  • No cash – We are not responsible for lost or missing cash.

  • No personalized autographs – Items will not include HOF, Hall of Fame, names, or inscriptions.

  • No blank cards or surfaces – Items must already contain artwork or text.

  • No public signings – Alan Page does not participate in group autograph sessions.

Instructions for Mailing Fan Item(s) for Autographing

Step 1: Identify the location for the autograph.
If you have a specific spot where you want the autograph, be sure to include detailed instructions. We cannot guarantee that the autograph will be placed exactly where requested, especially in odd spaces or on challenging surfaces.

Step 2: Purchase a return postage label and shipping envelope.
Go to your preferred shipping company and purchase a return postage label and envelope. We’ll use the prepaid label to send your autographed item back to you. Double-check that your name, address, phone number, and email are all clearly written.

We will not sign or return any items without a prepaid return label included. Please note that you must include the label yourself—do not send money for us to purchase it.

Step 3: Package your fan item(s) with the following:

  • Your fan item(s)

  • Your contribution amount along with contact information, especially your phone number and email address

  • Instructions for autograph location (if applicable)

  • A marker or pen if you prefer a specific color for the autograph

  • Return prepaid postage label and shipping envelope

Step 4: Send your package.
You are responsible for the shipment and delivery of your item(s). The Page Education Foundation is not liable for items that are damaged or lost in the mail. We will not be responsible for picking up or delivering items. If you’re worried about your item getting lost, we recommend sending it with tracking. We do not replace lost or damaged items. If your item is particularly valuable or fragile, you may choose not to send it.
