Alan Page
In 1971, Alan Page became the first defensive player to be named the NFL Most Valuable Player. Page was an All-American at Notre Dame, had nine years as All-Pro and elected to the NFL Hall of Fame in 1988. Upon his election to the Hall of Fame, Alan Page kicked off the Page Education Foundation, citing the education of our youth as his number one priority.

You can obtain Alan Page’s autograph and help children at the same time!
To support the Page Education Foundation’s programs and to carry out its mission, the Foundation receives charitable contributions from the public and from corporate and foundation donors. In return for an autograph, please consider a contribution to the Page Education Foundation in the following increments:
- $20 for a signature on a football or index card
- $25 for a mini-helmet or an 8x10 photograph
- $35 for a jersey, poster or bobblehead doll
- $45 for large equipment such as a football or full size helmet
Please make your check or money order payable to the Page Education Foundation. All donations go directly to the Page Education Foundation and are acknowledged by letter for your records.
New Prices for Autographed Fan Items – Effective January 1, 2009
- $25 for items: football card - index card - post card
- $30 for items: mini-helmet - picture larger than postcard
- $40 for items: jersey - poster - bobblehead doll
- $50 for large equipment/items: helmet - football
Proceeds from autographed items will support the Page Education Foundation, its programs and its scholars. A portion of your donation is tax deductible.
FYI: Alan Page will not personalize autographs.
